Account Number
Your account number with Greaves Travel is the first 7 digits of your ARC/IATAN number. If you do not have an ARC/IATAN number, Greaves will allocate an account number manually, if you have a registered Travel Company and complete the required form.

To set up an account online, please go to our web site at Greaves-Travel.com and click on “Travel Agents Log-In”. The following message will then come up: “If you do not have an account and are ARC/IATAN approved, or you have not applied for online access to our reservations system, click here,” at this point please click where indicated and follow the instructions. Please ensure that every user has their own individual log-in name and password. Additional users may be set up by the account administrator for your agency, once you have been given access.

Alternatively you may activate your ARC/IATAN account by faxing the enclosed form.

Please be sure to quote your account number at all times when calling Greaves or in all correspondence. Your account may also be activated online, see paragraph four for more details.

On-line Reservations
Greaves Travel L.L.C. is pleased to release our online reservations and business management system, TABS. This system is designed to enable the professional travel agent to book on partner airlines directly and to also manage their business. With TABS you can make new bookings, change existing bookings, order tickets, request special meals, review bookings made by your travel agency, add users for your company and maintain your company profile. All our fares are available through TABS and can be seen in a Fares display table.

Form of Payment
As an approved ARC/IATAN agent in good standing, we will be pleased to accept your company check. Please request this facility from our Sales Department, by calling 1-800-473 2837.

Your application for an account with Greaves Travel L.L.C. acknowledges and confirms that you accept full responsibility for the payment of all tickets ordered from Greaves Travel L.L.C.


Effective April 1, 2004, British Airways no longer accept credit cards as payment for tickets issued at net fares.

High volumes of business along with a stable and good credit rating may give you the opportunity to be a privileged statement client, where payment could be made on a weekly basis.

Checks returned unpaid for any reason will attract a service fee.

E-Ticketing
A paperless way of traveling with less hassle. Just turn up at the airport for the flight. British Airways are expanding the destinations to which this facility exists. Call us to check the routes where this is now available. We also have a PTA facility for travel ex the US to the Indian Sub-continent for a nominal fee.

When booking online, TABS will automatically indicate when an itinerary is valid for an e-ticket.

Ticket Delivery
Greaves Travel offers free overnight 2nd day delivery via Airborne Express. Other types of delivery are available for a nominal fee.

TABS provides up to date information on the status of your ticket order, showing bookings that have been ticketed along with the ticket numbers. Users can also see an Airborne Express tracking number once tickets have been dispatched. This number can provide easy tracking information so you know exactly where your tickets are at any given time.

Refunds
Totally unused tickets are refundable with applicable cancellation fees, provided the reservation is cancelled prior to departure date. There are no refunds on partially used economy class tickets. Please call Greaves Travel for details on the cancellation changes and terms and conditions of the tickets you are purchasing. There are no refunds for tickets if the reservations have not been canceled before the date of departure (no-shows).
For speedy action on your refunds, return these tickets to the issuing office.

Ticketing
Tickets ordered after 1600 local time in North America will be issued the following working day. Tickets ordered online on a weekend will be issued the following working day unless you have called the Greaves emergency service on a Saturday and agreed urgent ticket issuance via the phone. Please leave a voicemail message on Saturdays and a Greaves representative will call back to reconfirm, if this message has been left within Saturday emergency hours.

Payment is required prior to ticket issue. We manage our seat inventory through time limits and we urge you to have your tickets issued before the expiration date.

We charge a fee of on all N.S.F. (Not Sufficient Funds) checks.

Greaves do not advertise in North America except in trade publications. We support the travel industry and do not promote ourselves to the general public. We depend on travel agents for our sales and do not promote sales to retail passengers

Office Hours
Greaves Travel normal office hours in North America are from 0900 EST to 2030 EST. Greaves are closed for major holidays in the USA and Canada including, but not limited to, New Years day, Labor Day, Memorial day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas day. We offer an emergency service on Saturdays 1000 EST to 1800 EST for passengers traveling within the following three days. This service is suspended when a major holiday falls on a Saturday or the preceding Friday or the following Monday.
